Goal Of Corporate Finance
Corporate finance is a major and important area in the field of finance which is responsible for dealing with the financial decisions that huge corporations make. The crucial goal of corporate finance is to improve corporate value at the same time managing the establishment’s financial risks. This field of finance is different from managerial finance. Financial management studies the financial decisions of all concerns, rather than corporate, and their concepts are applicable to the financial problems of all kinds of firms. This field is also associated with investment banking. This part of the study can be divided into two major divisions called as long –term and short-term respectively.
